Returns & Exchange Policy – Areeti Studio

At Areeti Studio, we put love and care into every product we create. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

General Policy

  • Original artworks are sold on a final-sale basis and are non-returnable, except in case of damage during shipping.

  • Commissioned/custom artworks are strictly non-refundable.

Damage Claims

  1. If your painting arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos at admin@areetistudio.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. After verification, we may offer replacement (if available) or refund.

Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled only before shipment. Once shipped, no cancellation is possible.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards, digital downloads, and commissioned works.
